2. Mr.D. Vairamurthy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 20.06.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any interested party. Such exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
