The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation case being Case No. 00762 of 2020 be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that every effort shall be made to decide the case expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the mutation case being Case No. 00762 of 2020 filed under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code be decided expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
