This writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon respondent no. 2 to conclude the proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending consideration since the year 2017, expeditiously.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and, as such, respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the case No. T2021020304404386, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of next one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court.
