The sole prayer of the petitioners is that a direction may be issued that the application which they had filed under section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for the measurement and demarcation of Plot Nos.200 and 201 situated in village Ahladpur, Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the District Magistrate/Collector, Ghazipur shall decide the application filed by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
