Case called out. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition.
We have gone through the records of the writ petition and heard the learned Standing Counsel. Relief being claimed is a mandamus to command the respondent nos. 2 and 6 the Executive Engineer and Station House Officer to comply with the order dated 17.11.2015 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Mau. On some representation made by the petitioner firstly this Court is not an executing Court of the order passed by the subordinate Administrative Authorities secondly the petitioner has approached this Court after lapse of more than two and half years and for this reason also the petition is not liable to be entertained and accordingly stands dismissed.
