Rule.
Mr. Patel learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the State.
In support of the application, bills of purchase of building materials are annexed.
For the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 15.5.2012 is extended for a further period of 20 days on same terms and conditions. Rule is made absolute.
The Registry is directed to communicate this order by fax to the Jail authorities.
