This petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against concurrent recordings of facts as well as law by the courts below inasmuch as in Revision Application No. 50 of 2010, the Revisional Court has considered the order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Junagadh and maintenance for the private respondents viz. wife of Rs.2500/- and the minor Rs.1200/- and thus total Rs.3700/- was awarded and perusal of record reveal that the above award of amount of Rs.3700/- was commensurate to the known sources of income of the petitioner which warrant no interference for exercise of extraordinary powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
