JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 6.8.2014.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that during investigation section 364 IPC has also been added.
From the perusal of the record it appears that in FIR such section was not mentioned. In such circumstances the order dated 6.8.2014 may not be modified. Such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this application is rejected.
