Petitioner has been offered compassionate appointment on a Class-IV post. His grievance is that authorities are taking work of Cook from the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner does not know how to cook food, and it is otherwise not expected of him to perform such work. In that regard, petitioner has also approached the concerned authority by way of a representation, upon which no decision has yet been taken, and hence this writ petition.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
