Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of a suit for partition which was instituted in 2014.
The Court however notes that in 2017 itself, the Court below has considered and passed orders allowing the application of the plaintiff petitioners for appointment of a commission.
In view thereof, no cause arises for issuance of any peremptory direction as prayed for. The petition is dismissed.
