Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Bipin Bihari Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Sri Ramesh Srivastava holding brief of Sri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.
Petitioner is before this Court with a prayer directing the respondent-Bank to provide the loan of Rs. 100000/- in pursuance of the order/circular dated 14.9.2018 passed by the third respondent. With further prayer to direct the second respondent to decide the representation dated 20.9.2018.
In the facts and circumstances, without adverting on the merit of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case a fresh representation is moved by the petitioner along with certified copy of this order before the respondent-Bank within 10 days from today, the Bank would proceed to decide the said representation strictly, in accordance with law and in the light of the aforementioned circular dated 14.9.2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of production of representation.
