An information has been provided that now the case has been transferred to the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 3, Azamgarh, and that the Suit was proceeding in accordance with law.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Suit No. 981 of 2017 may now proceed on a day-to-day basis and be decided within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjournment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
