The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing first information report in Case Crime No.29. of 2015, under Section 138(1) (e) of Indian Electricity Act, Police Station Jaitpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.

Learned counsel appearing for the prosecuting agency, at the out set, has pointed out that investigation has been concluded. No incriminating evidence has been found. Final report No.17 of 2015 dated 17.04.2015 has been prepared.

From the above it is evident that cause of action does not survive.

Disposed of as infructuous.

Final report be filed in Court within three weeks, if already not filed.
