The petitioners are three in number. Their common grievance is that the respondent no.4, a private person, is causing interference in his construction.
We find that the dispute is at the administrative level as there are some documents issued by the office of the Zonal Officer, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad and the office of the District Magistrate, Allahabad.
The Nagar Nigam, Allahabad has not been made party to this writ petition.
Ordinarily the Courts do not interfere in property disputes.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, we are of the view that the petitioner be granted liberty to moved fresh representation before respondent no.2 within a week.
In the event, such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the respondent no.2 expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above observation the writ petition is disposed.
