Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pankaj Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.353 of 2020, under Sections- 328, 376 I.P.C., Police Station- Kakadev, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial.
As per office report dated 7.4.2021, notice issued on opposite party no.2 has been served, but no one has put in appearance.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 14.12.2020.
The order dated 14.12.2020 is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 14.12.2020.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
