Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents.
Although, this petition challenges an order of transfer, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the ends of justice would merit permitting the petitioners to represent the competent authority against their order of transfer. Learned counsel further states on instructions that the petitioners shall join the place of posting within a period of ten days from today.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in case the petitioners join within the period aforementioned, continue to work at the transferred post and they choose to make a representation to the competent authority, the same shall be duly evaluated and appropriate orders passed thereon in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
