Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Durga Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
It is alleged that in terms of his appointment, petitioner has organised various events but the bills submitted in that regard have not been attended to by the competent authority.
Sri Durga Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that such issues of facts can be examined by the respondent no. 3.
Whether or not the events have been organised as per directions issued by the authorities and whether bills have been paid or not, are essentially question of facts which needs to be examined by the competent authority, at the first instance.
This writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 annexing all materials in support of his claim alongwith copy of this order, within a period of three weeks from today. The said respondent shall pass necessary orders on petitioner's claim for payment of pending bills, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
