Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Computer Operator on 01.04.2011 in Nagar Panchayat, Jhalu, district Bijnor on contractual basis in terms of the appointment letter dated 30.3.2011. It is claimed that the petitioner has been working on the said post since 01.04.2011.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner was removed from the list of contractual employees of Nagar Panchayat without any order, whatsoever he claims that he has been requesting the respondents to disclose the reasons for non-inclusion of the name of the petitioner, however, no action is being taken. The petitioner claims to have filed representation before the respondents no. 4 and 5 for ventilating of his grievance but no decision has been taken thereupon.
Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no. 4, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application along with copy of this order before the respondent no. 4. In case such application is filed the respondent no. 4 shall take a decision within a period of two months from the date of filing of the application and the copy of this order.
The writ petition stands allowed in terms of the said order.
