Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1 to stay the effect and operation of the letter dated 21.3.2018 issued by M.A.C.T. Court on 20.3.2018 till the disposal of restoration application and stay application of the petitioners, which is pending before the court of M.A.C.T./Additional District Judge, Court No. 2, Bareilly within stipulated period.
I do not find any good ground to interfere in the order impugned herein. The petitioners' restoration application alongwith stay application is pending. The petitioner is at liberty to press the same.
However, it is provided that the application for restoration may be decided, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
With this observation, this petition stands disposed of.
