JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3020 of 2018 Applicant :- Pankaj Kumar Opposite Party :- Kumar Prasant, D/M Counsel for Applicant :- Bhaju Ram Pprasad Sharma
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges disobedience of an order dated 2 February 2018. On being queried as to what the exact grievance of the applicant was, learned counsel for the applicant states that certain duties which are entitled to be performed as a consequence of being appointed as Gram Rojgar Sewak are not being entrusted or assigned to the applicant. On being further queried to establish the legal right enabling the applicant to seek such relief from this Court and consequently justifying it to initiate proceedings in contempt, learned counsel for the applicant was unable to explain.
Consequently, the Court is constrained to hold that the instant petition is wholly frivolous and is accordingly dismissed.
