THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent-University to send the answer papers of the petitioner in Research Methodology and Bio-Statistics subject for revaluation by a third evaluator and to properly evaluate the answer papers of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties submit ad idem that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the Cognate Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.48194-198/2018 and allied matters disposed of on 21.12.2018 and this writ petition deserves to be disposed of in similar terms.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.Nos.48194- 198/2018 and allied matters referred to supra. The respondent-University shall send the answer papers of the petitioner in terms of the Ordinance dated 15.06.2012, as worked out in the order referred to supra for third evaluation, forthwith.
