Re-Writ Petition Sri Sudhanshu Narain, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. An Application no. 1 of 2018 with the same prayer has also been filed, which is supported by an affidavit.
Prayer aforesaid is granted.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if there be any, shall stand discharged Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to inform learned counsel appearing for the respondents about this order in writing.
