JUDGMENT / ORDER

A conditional order was passed in favour of the petitioner on 10.03.2003. Counter-affidavit has been filed by the opposite parties which says that the petitioner was not working on the post of Computer Operator, on the date the interim order was passed. In such a situation there cannot be willful disobedience of the Court' order.
The contempt petition does not survive. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
It has been informed that the writ petition is pending. In case the writ petition succeeds, the petitioner shall have the right to approach appropriate Court/forum.
