JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contention raised by the learned counsel for the respondent is that they cannot change the name of petitioner unless the record of the school where the petitioner studied is changed. The school has not been made a party to this writ petition.
On the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, Principal, Udai Public School is directed to be impleaded as respondent No.3 in the writ petition.
Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.3. Steps be taken within a week.
List immediately after the service is complete.
