Heard Sri Prashant Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the S.S.P., Allahabad to conduct fair and impartial investigation in Non- Cognizable Report No.140 of 2017, Police Station Jhunsi, District Allahabad within stipulated period of time.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a non- cognizable report is said to have been lodged by the petitioner against the accused persons, hence, he has come up before this Court for fair investigation.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
