Heard petitioner in person and Shri Dhyan Shankar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent.
Petitioner is before this Court assailing the validity of order dated 13.10.2020 dispensing the services of petitioner as well as the charge-sheet dated 26.03.2019. Further prayer has been made to command the respondents to reinstate the petitioner from the date of removal with all consequential benefits (back wages including salary and other benefits).
Record in question reflects that the order dated 13.10.2020, whereby, the services of the petitioner has been dispensed with, is subject matter of challenge in appeal, which is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority.
Once statutory alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner under the provisions of Syndicate Bank Officer Employees' (Conduct) Regulations 1976 and the same is availed by the petitioner, then at this stage, the Court is not at all inclined to interfere in the matter.
Confronted with this situation, the petitioner prays that the present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is always open for the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
