JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner offered his candidature to appear in the entrance examination which was to be held on 17th April, 2010. The petitioner did not receive the admit card. Therefore, he represented and sought information under the Right to Information Act whereupon, he was informed that the admit card was dispatched to him on 31st March, 2010 under certificate of posting. It was also informed that in case the petitioner had not received the admit card, he can get it download from the relevant website. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner neither received the admit card nor the same could be downloaded from the website as provided despite best efforts on part of the petitioner.
Sri Navneet Kumar Mishra has accepted notice on behalf of respondents. He prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. One week thereafter is allowed to the petitioner. List thereafter.
