None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Petitioner's father who is purchaser of saw mill died and the renewal fee of Saw Mill could not be deposited and Saw Mill Industry could not renewed. The petitioner had submitted application for issuance of licence but the same was rejected and in spite of that licence was issued to opposite party no.4. Being aggrieved by the order of rejection the petitioner filed an appeal before the Conservator Sarju Circle (Division), District Faizabad, but the same has not been decided, as such the instant writ petition has been filed.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the ;writ petition, with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to consider and dispose of the appeal, if the same has not been decided as yet, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of three months, from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before him, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties.
