The petitioner had taken loan from Union Bank of India after mortgaging the original sale deed of House No. C-324 Niralanagar, Lucknow. Subsequently on the payment of entire dues the mortgaged deed was not returned tot he petitioner. Being aggrieved the instant writ petition was filed.

Accordingly without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition finally with a direction to the opposite parties to return the petitioner's original sale deed mortgaged with the bank in respect of Term Loan Account No. 10127, if there is no other legal impediment.
