This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose of the Cr.M.P. No.299 of 2015 pending on its file within the stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the nature of case and grievance of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:-
?The learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai is directed to dispose of the Cr.M.P. No.299 of 2015 pending on its file, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.?
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
