However, challenge in this petition, invoking extraordinary powers under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, to the order dated 28.4.2011 of further investigation under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Valsad, as such, does not require any interference.
