1. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the reasons recorded at the time of hearing of petition on 13.3.2012 still continue. On the same ground he has requested that the hearing of the petitions may be adjourned. He also submitted that the proceedings before the Hon'ble Division Bench are pending.
2. Having regard to the request made by learned advocate for the petitioner, the hearing of the petitions is adjourned to 11.6.2012.
3. However, at this stage, learned advocate for the petitioner has requested that the hearing of present petitions may be adjourned to one week after 11.6.2012.
