JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass and ill treating the petitioner at the instance of the 5th respondent in respect of Civil dispute.
2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
