Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shubham holding brief of Mr. Punit Khare appearing for Nagar Nigam Varanasi.
The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-payment of salary on the post of Works Supervisor, on which post he has been working since the year 2000. He has filed a copy of his representation made in the year 2000, which has also been endorsed on 30.03.2000 by the respondent No.6. It is his case that his juniors have been considered for regularization and are being paid more salary whereas the petitioner continues to get fixed on honorarium for the post of beldar.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation giving details of his initial engagement as beldar and the date of his working as Works Supervisor including copies of muster roll, if any. He must also mention the details of his alleged juniors, who are getting more salary than him. Such representation shall be made by the petitioner within three weeks from today. The respondent No.2 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order thereon within a further period of six weeks.
