Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri B.B. Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Writ-A No.27265 of 2018 (Pandhari yadav v. State of U.P. & Ors.) and the order dated 25.4.2019 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.2513 of 2019 (Pandhari Yadav v. Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi, Nagar Ayukta, Varanasi).
On the matter being taken up today, affidavit of compliance dated 29.07.2019 has been filed by learned Chief Standing Counsel annexing therewith the order dated 26.7.2019 and on the basis of which it is contended that the claim set up by the applicant has been acknowledged and accepted by the opposite party and as such the order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, once positive order has already been passed by the opposite party, the Court hope and trust that the said order dated 26.7.2019 and the writ Court order in question would be complied with in letter and spirit expeditiously. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
