The complaint of the petitioner in respect of the establishment of a brick kiln by the private respondents would have to be scrutinized by the Regional Officer, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Allahabad.
We, accordingly, permit the petitioner to move the Regional Officer together with a certified copy of this order, so as to enable the said respondent to enquire into all aspects of the matter with due notice to the affected parties in accordance with law.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
