The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Sadar, District Mau i.e. respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. T20171551560129 instituted under Section 122-B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 against respondent nos. 4 to 7 within a stipulated period.
Considering the fact that proceedings of the aforesaid case were started in 2016 itself, the Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Sadar, District Mau i.e. respondent no. 2 is directed that in case the aforesaid Case No. T20171551560129 has not yet been decided, the same shall be decided by the Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Sadar, District Mau within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
