1. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he wants to file a review petition against the order dated 9.8.2011 passed in Company Petition No.130 of 2010 as his objection has not been considered by the learned Single Judge and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this Appeal. The prayer is accepted. This Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge. We have not entered into merits of the case nor we have gone into the question of maintainability of the review petition. As a consequence, OJ Civil Application No.542 of 2011 is also dismissed.
