Heard Sri Anand Yadav, learned counsel, holding brief of Sri Nisheeth Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition against the order of recovery dated 02.05.2006.
Today, when the matter is taken up, it has informed by Sri Anand Yadav, learned counsel, holding brief of Sri Nitesh Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents that the amount in question has already been deposited by the petitioner.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
