Heard Sri Rakesh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri L.D. Rajbhar, learned AGA for the State.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 20.08.2014 is corrected as follows:
"In the first line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 20.08.2014, the Case Crime No. " 651 B" shall be deleted and in it's place Case Crime No. "651" shall be read.
