The endorsement on the Board indicates that the notices of Rule issued to respondents Nos.1/A to 1/C has remained unserved for want of full and detailed addresses, as per the report of the Bailiff. Further, the notices of Rule issued to respondents Nos.2/A to 3 have not been received back, either served or unserved.
The learned advocate for the applicants may supply full, correct and detailed addresses of respondents Nos.1/A to 1/C in the Registry, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of the CA/13332/2010 2/2 ORDER full addresses of the said respondents, the Registry shall issue notices of Rule to the said respondents, making them returnable on 16.04.2012.
