Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Kritika Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The representation moved by the petitioner before the Administrative Authorities are for an interim injunction to restrain the private respondents from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner. Similar relief has also been pressed before us.
We are afraid that such a relief can be granted in writ jurisdiction. Appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to approach Civil Court.
