THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7394 of 2010 Between:
Pamula Venkata Subba Rayudu PETITIONER AND 1. Banka Hazarathaiah S/o. Venkata Subbaiah, R/o. Venkatampet, Duttalur Mandal, Nellore District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
