JUDGMENT / ORDER

The counsel for the second respondent Municipality submits that, a fresh order has been passed under section 406(3) of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994. The order was passed on 18.10.2014. Therefore, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same within the time stipulated for filing an appeal to the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram. The original order has been handed over by the Municipality to the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of recording the above submission.
