ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside show cause notice in Rc.No.G/6176/2011, dated 22.10.2011, issued by respondent No.2.
Considering the fact that the impugned show cause notice was issued more than three years back, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition for examining the legality or otherwise of the same. However, interests of justice would be met if respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass an appropriate order within a reasonable time. Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to hold a detailed enquiry and pass an appropriate order within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.50779 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
