The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main case in Cr.M.P.No.3242 of 2008 has been dismissed for default before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
