The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No.62 of 2008 within a stipulated period.
Considering that the suit is over a decade old, this petition is disposed of by observing that in absence of any legal impediment, the court below shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion in accordance with law without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
