ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of all further proceedings in Crime No.5 of 2013 of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 324 read with 34 IPC.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the police have investigated into the matter and filed a charge sheet. As the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
