The petitioners intend to challenge the order dated 32.6.2014 in I.A.No.512/2014 in O.S.No.4/2007. I.A.No.512/2014 was filed to re-open the evidence closed. The petitioners contend that the certified copy of the order in I.A.No.512/2014 though applied for has not been obtained.
2. I direct the court of the Subordinate Judge of Thiruvalla to issue certified/carbon copy of the order in I.A.No.512/2014 in O.S.No.4/2007. The same shall be issued to the petitioners on usual terms within a period of 10 days from today. Further proceedings in O.S.No.4/2007 shall stand deferred for a period of two weeks in the circumstances.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
