Petitioners are aggrieved by an order dated 30.8.2018, whereby they have been adjusted to a different primary school within the same block.
Admittedly, petitioners are working in the rural area and have been transferred to an institution situated within the rural area in the same block. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain any challenge to the order of adjustment inasmuch as the factum of petitioners being in excess of sanctioned strength is not in issue.
However, in the facts and circumstances, it is provided that in case petitioners join at the transferred place forthwith, they shall be at liberty to represent in respect of their grievance, alongwith certified copy of this order, before the District Basic Education Officer concerned, who shall examine the same and pass a reasoned order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
Subject to the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed off.
